His 20+ years experience includes direct sales, programming, technical support, and field installation and training. Specialties: relationship building, wide technical skills, business development, and technical solution sales. He considers himself a lifelong learner and lifelong teacher.

Over 15 years in healthcare operations, IT integration, and cross-functional leadership. Holds an MHA and MBA. Experience in key account management, goal setting, training program design, policy development, scalable planning, cost reduction, executive client management, and strategic product delivery. Has led end-to-end operations including integrating regional, state, and federal immunization registries. Works closely with financial operations to align plans with budgets. Acts as liaison between corporate governance, executive clients, and US federal agencies.
